Herbal blend with melatonin flavored with vanilla and caramel for infusion. Food supplement

How to use

The recommended daily dose is 1 mg of melatonin, equivalent to one cup of infusion. To obtain the beneficial effects of melatonin, pour 200 ml of water at 100°C over the filter and let it infuse for 5-8 minutes. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using the product. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
